If the smell of bacon conjures up pleasant memories, just think what it could do on a date.
A Seattle-based food company has created what’s believed to be the world’s first bacon-scented shaving cream.
The shaving cream’s maker, J&D’s Foods, announced the product’s launch with the tag line, “prepare to be loved, admired and possibly eaten by bears.”
J& D is making the Bacon Shaving Cream for a limited time, and only 2,500 jars of the pork-scented lather were manufactured.
The shaving cream went on sale Wednesday online and costs $14.99 per jar. It’s available at www.BaconShavingCream.com .
J&D states the cream is “best used after a hot shower or before an important date with someone you may want to spend the rest of your life with. “
The company adds, “our advanced heat-activated aromatic technology lasts for hours and delivers maximum bacon scent when you need it most.”
Also, the firm offers Bacon Roses and Smell the Bacon Stickers.
