Cincinnati Restaurant owner, Jeff Ruby, has taken out a full page ad in Friday's edition of Orlando Sentinel for the second time in a month.

In the ad, Ruby quotes the Dual Sovereignty Doctrine and encourages people to sign a petition to have Casey Anthony tried on federal charges.

Ruby also slams Hustler owner, Larry Flynt, for trying to profit from Caylee Anthony's death by offering Casey money to pose nude in Hustler.

The ad concludes with this quote toward Flynt. "While I have appreciated your many years of patronage you have now been 'O.J'd'.  We don't want your blood money at any of our seven restaurants."

Last month a jury acquitted Casey Anthony of killing her 2-year-old daughter in 2008.

Ruby took out an ad after the trial likening the Casey Anthony verdict to the O.J. Simpson verdict.
