AKRON, Ohio - Akron police have arrested two young boys accused of robbing a snow shoveling resident at gunpoint.

According to Akron Police, two brothers ages 9 and 13 approached a resident shoveling his driveway around 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon and pulled a gun, demanding money.

The victim walked away from the males and the kids fled the area.

Several minutes later, the children returned and demanded money again. The victim told the boys that he didn't have any money and the kids ran away again.

The resident called police, who located the males in the area of Vernon Odom Boulevard and Mallison Avenue in Akron. The males were arrested and charged with aggravated robbery and transported to Summit County Juvenile Detention Center.
