A carbonation beverage system has been recalled after several people have been injured.
Nearly 163,000 Twist 'n Sparkle drink systems are being recalled nationwide. Officials say the recall comes after nine cases of bottles exploding. Three people were cut by the flying debris.
The system was sold by Williams-Sonoma, QVC and other online retailers. The recalled products include:
TWIST ’N SPARKLE STARTER SET
Models: 1005, 1005-12, 1005-BJ, 1005-QVC
TWIST ’N SPARKLE BOTTLE SET
Models: 1006-00, 1006-12
