CINCINNATI - If rain washes out the Tri-State this Labor Day weekend, you can bet lots of Tri-Staters will be changing their plans from cooking out to walking the mall.
The good news: You'll find lots of sales this weekend.
Macy's, JCPenney's and many mall stores are running Labor Day sales.
Many are marking down back-to-school clothing that hasn't sold well this year so far.
But the savings website DealNews.com says don't expect to find Black Friday type sales, or even President's Day sales.
Still, you'll find lots of of markdowns this weekend on:
Summer clothing
Appliances
Beds and mattresses
Grills and patio furniture
New cars
DealNews.com says you'll find some of the best clothing markdowns at Macy's.
For appliance markdowns, DealNews suggests checking out Sears and Best Buy.
As always, don't waste your money.
