SUNNYVALE, Calif. - Yahoo says four board members including its chairman will not seek re-election amid struggles at the company.
Besides Chairman Roy Bostock, board members leaving are Vyomesh Joshi, Arthur Kern and Gary Wilson.
Yahoo Inc. hired a new CEO last month.
