INDIANAPOLIS - The grass is always greener on the other side -- at least if you have plenty of paint.
That's the feeling of an Indianapolis man who has managed to keep his lawn looking lush and green, despite a watering ban.
Timothy Birdwell says he and a friend got a bright idea to liven up his dead yard. He coated the lawn with yard paint.
He says the paint he chose is made for grass so it won't damage his lawn any more than the drought has.
