It's Lance,
Lots of observations from my weekend to share with you this morning -- none of significance, but that won't stop me from sharing.
-TJ Maxx never has exactly what I am looking for. They do however have a lot of stuff that is close to what I am looking for and as a result, I buy them anyway.
-Dewey's Southwest BBQ Chicken pizza is by the far pizza I have ever had. Everyone else is playing for second place.
-We attended our parish's festival this weekend. One of the rides Benjamin wanted to ride on was a huge slide. He was not able to go by himself so I had to go with him. Surprisingly, the ride company made me buy a ticket too. You would think that since I am there to prevent him getting injured/scared, etc. the parent would slide for free. Not so much. So as a result, we paid $4 to go down a slide. $4 for 10 seconds of fun.
-Riding a mechanical bull looks like a lot more fun than it really is.
-The Reds are starting to make a believer out of me.
-My once beautiful lawn has weeds in it. Lots of them. I guess 100 degree heat and no rain will do that.
-The flap over Mitt Romney's comments about the readiness of the Olympics are puzzling. Many people in London were questioning the same things days ago.
-After brushing out my dog, I think she is made of 80 percent fur.
