CINCINNATI - Ingredients:
1 pint oysters, including liqueur
1 pint whole milk or half and half
1/4 cup butter
salt, garlic & pepper to taste
1. Saute fresh oysters in butter, just until oyster edges begin to curl.
2. Add remaining ingredients and heat, just to the boiling point.
3. Serve with a slice of garlic toast.
