You know how everyone's Irish on St. Patrick's Day? Well, everyone is royalty this Friday as people around the globe prepare for the British Invasion — Prince William and Kate Middleton's royal wedding. Polish that tiara and practice your pinkie-out stance for the Royal Wedding Charity Tea at The Iron Horse (40 Village Square, Glendale).

Churchill's Fine Teas will help guests feel English (minus the bad teeth) as the restaurant shows footage of the wedding festivities on flat screen TVs. Begin with a champagne toast then enjoy live music, a silent auction, an exhibit honoring Princess Diana and plenty of Queen-approved finger foods. The event ends with high afternoon tea and a prize will be awarded to the guest with the most fabulous royal hat. The tea party runs 1-3 p.m. Friday. Tickets are $50, with proceeds benefiting The Drop Inn Center and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (both causes Prince William himself supports — he'd be so proud of you). Reserve your tickets at ironhorseinn.com or call the restaurant at 513-772-3333 (it is expected to sell out!). Go here for details.

Much like St. Patrick's Day, the most hardcore fans will be waking up early to celebrate, since live coverage begins at 4 a.m. (our time). If you placed high-stakes bets on Kate's dress designer, need to share your obsession with other “Wills ’n Kate” fanatics, don't own a television or just want up-to-the-minute deets, tune into wcpo.com for complete Royal Wedding coverage at wcpo.com/royalwedding . You'll be able to participate in the conversation all from the comfort of your couch or cubicle. Don't miss out on the rawest royal reporting around. Highlights will be posted later in the day.
