Tired of feeling boring and uncreative? Experience the creative processes of ancient Pompeiian artists at When in Pompeii, hosted by Enjoy the Arts and FUNKĕ Fired Arts. Sip on complimentary wine, nibble on delicious treats and get your creative juices flowing! At this event, you will design and make your own pottery painting and enjoy a wheel-throwing demonstration.
Enjoy the Arts’ arts and culture partners also have plenty of surprises up their sleeves. When in Pompeii is the first in a series of quarterly events that aim to provide behind-the-scenes or hands-on arts experiences to the Cincinnati community. $20-$25, available online at enjoythearts.org. Admission includes a ceramic bowl that guests will paint. Bowls will be fired in FUNKĕ Fired Arts’ kiln and available for pick-up following the event.
