Cincy Winter Beerfest runs this weekend

This winter has been a warm one, but fickle weather is nothing new to Cincinnatians. What could be more familiar in these parts of town than the crazy weather?

Our love of a good craft beer. Drink to the weather (or curse it if it finally snows this year) with a crisp beer at the fifth annual Cincy Winter Beerfest. While there, stagger your path wisely — the more exclusive beers tap early, and depending on their popularity they may not be available for later enjoyment. Choose from 290 craft beers on the main floor and 15 rare beers in the Connoisseurs Tasting Reception (you can check out the entire selection online).

Tickets cost $35 in advance, $45 at the door, and include 25 tasting samples plus a souvenir cup.

The event will be held at the Duke Energy Convention Center Friday-Saturday.
