JOSH DUHAMEL is urging fans to vote for a park in his native Minot, North Dakota to win a $100,000 restoration grant after it was destroyed by flooding.
The Transformers star pledged his support to the area after it was hit by floods last summer (11), and he was named honorary chairman of a fund established for those left homeless.
He successfully campaigned for a $100,000 grant from Coca-Cola to renovate the city's Oak Park, and now he is setting his sights on winning the contest again to regenerate nearby Roosevelt Park.
In a post on his Twitter.com page, he writes, "Please VOTE for Roosevelt Park in my hometown of Minot, ND so they can win $100k from CocaCola & reopen!"
