CINCINNATI - The Ohio Valley Chapter of The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences announced Monday that three WCPO-TV Channel 9 reporters are nominated for a total of nine Emmy Awards.
"Many of our nominees are behind-the-scenes artists whose work is seen and heard," said NATAS President Anthony Mirones. "Now these nominees are receiving deserved recognition for their diligent work."
WCPO nominees include I-Team reporter Hagit Limor, I-Team reporter Anthony Mirones and reporter/anchor Brendan Keefe. All have won previous Emmy Awards while working at WCPO.
This year, NATAS received 590 entries from over 40 organizations. The Emmy Awards will be presented in Columbus, Ohio, on July 31.
