OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Open only to legal residents of WCPO-TV viewing area which includes only the 24 OH, IN and KY counties of Hamilton, Clermont, Brown, Adams, Butler, Warren, Clinton, Highland, Union, Franklin, Ripley, Dearborn, Ohio, Switzerland, Boon, Kenton, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Pendleton, Bracken, Owen, Robertson, and Mason, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Void wherever prohibited by law. Employees of Scripps Media, Inc., (“Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.

TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 AM Eastern Time 2/14/11 through 11:59 PM Eastern Time 2/20/11, send an email to breakingnews@wcpo.com, that contains your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), plus daytime and evening telephone numbers. (If you do not have a telephone, state “No Phone.) You must include your favorite Red’s related personal photo or memory in order to enter. Photos and memories submitted may be posted online at www.wcpo.com or shown on air, along with entrant’s name and city. Limit one entry per person/household address.

Only parents/legal guardians can submit photos of their own child/children and the photo may not include any other children or people other than entrant. By submitting pictures, parents and legal guardians agree to have your child’s photo, child’s first names and their city online at www.wcpo.com/contests , on-air on WCPO, in print media promoting WCPO’s contests, and agree to all instructions, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy located at www.wcpo.com . Any explicit photography or imagery will be ineligible. Submitted photos become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Photographs taken by a professional photographer or studio will not be accepted.

BY ENTERING, ENTRANT REPRESENTS THAT THE ENTRY DOES NOT INFRINGE ON THE LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY, OF ANY THIRD PARTY. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS, THE USER TERMS, PRIVACY POLICY, OR ANY OFFICIAL RULE WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.
 

Warranty of Non-Infringement. YOU REPRESENT THAT ANY PHOTOGRAPHIC ENTRY YOU SUBMIT: (1) YOU ARE THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE CHILD AND YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO SUBMIT THE PHOTOGRAPH IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ENTRY; AND (2) DOES NOT INFRINGE ON THE LEGAL RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY– INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COPYRIGHT, RIGHT OF PUBLICITY, TRADEMARK AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. YOU WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE OBTAINED THE EXPRESS APPROVAL AND PERMISSION FROM ANYONE WHO MAY APPEAR IN YOUR PHOTO ENTRY. YOU ALSO WARRANT THAT SPONSOR’S USE OF YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT RESULT IN THE INFRINGEMENT OF ANY LEGAL RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OR ANY OFFICIAL RULE WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND OTHER ACTION.
 

Sponsor Rights to Photo. SIMULTANEOUS WITH THE POSTING OF YOUR PHOTO ENTRY, YOU AUTOMATICALLY GRANT, OR WARRANT THAT THE OWNER HAS EXPRESSLY GRANTED, TO SPONSOR A WORLDWIDE, ROYALTY-FREE, PERPETUAL, IRREVOCABLE, EXCLUSIVE, FULLY SUBLICENSABLE, AND TRANSFERABLE RIGHT AND LICENSE TO USE, REPRODUCE, DISTRIBUTE, CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS BASED UPON (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TRANSLATIONS), PUBLICLY DISPLAY, PUBLICLY PERFORM, TRANSMIT, AND PUBLISH THE PHOTO (IN WHOLE OR IN PART) AS SPONSOR, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, DEEMS APPROPRIATE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, (1) IN CONNECTION WITH ITS BUSINESS; AND (2) IN CONNECTION WITH THE BUSINESSES OF ITS SUCCESSORS, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AND THEIR RELATED COMPANIES. SPONSOR MAY EXERCISE THIS GRANT IN ANY FORMAT, MEDIA OR TECHNOLOGY NOW KNOWN OR LATER DEVELOPED FOR THE FULL TERM OF ANY COPYRIGHT THAT MAY EXIST IN YOUR ENTRY.
 

Limit one entry per person/household address/email address regardless of method of entry. No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
 

RANDOM DRAWING: Winner will be selected

by random drawings on or about February 21, 2011 from all eligible entries received. Decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters. Winner will be notified by phone/mail and on-air. Limit one prize per person/household address. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: (1) One First Prize – one winner will receive a Field Box Power Pack of (2) two tickets to the following games: Thu, Mar 31 at 2:10 pm; Sat, Apr 2 at 7:10 pm; Sat, May 14 at 4:10 pm; Mon, Jun 20 at 7:10 pm; Tue, Jun 21 at 7:10 pm; Wed, Jun 22 at 12:35 pm; Fri, Jul 15 at 7:10 pm; Sat, Jul 30 at 7:10 pm; Fri, Aug 26 at 7:10 pm; Sat, Sep 17 at 7:10 pm (ARV: $820). Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winners permitted. Subject to all terms, conditions and restrictions on ticket or imposed by issuer. If by reason of printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held to award the advertised number of prizes in the relevant category. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded.

All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, which may require social security number, postmarked within 10 days of the date on notification materials. Noncompliance within this time period and/or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random draw from all remaining eligible entries. All winners must produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winners’ name, voice, statements, image and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of contact information in connection with this Sweepstakes (whether or not required), including mailing address, phone number, and email address, during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to add entrant to Sponsor’s customer database and to contact entrant in the future for promotional and other reasons. You may opt-out of receiving such communications as set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.wcpo.com or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor’s emails).

TERMS: Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion, whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Winners assume all liability and agree to hold Sponsor harmless for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, faulty, or incorrect transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, any damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the online portion of the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the sweepstakes whether caused by computer, technical or human error. All terms of promotion shall be construed according to, and any disputes shall be subject to, the laws of the State of Ohio. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the program for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the promotion; or if a computer virus, bug, wireless failure, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the promotion as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, freeze or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. Any attempt to undermine the operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal & civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and/or seek damages from any individual making any such attempts to the full extent permitted by law.
