Open only to legal residents of the WCPO-TV viewing area which includes only the 24 OH, IN and KY counties of Hamilton, Clermont, Brown, Adams, Butler, Warren, Clinton, Highland, Union, Franklin, Ripley, Dearborn, Ohio, Switzerland, Boon, Kenton, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Pendleton, Bracken, Owen, Robertson, and Mason, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Void wherever prohibited by law. Individuals who have won prizes from promotions sponsored by Scripps Media, Inc. in the past 30 days are not eligible. Employees of Scripps Media, Inc. d/b/a WCPO, Provident Travel (collectively, “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members (spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time August 25, 2012 through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time September 13, 2012, you can enter this sweepstakes through the sweepstakes application on the Facebook Platform on the WCPO-9 On Your Side page ( www.facebook.com/WCPOnetworks ). Links are also located on www.wcpo.com/contests . Follow the onscreen instructions to enter this giveaway by “Liking” WCPO-9 On Your Side and completing all of the required information.

Limit one entry per person/household address. No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winner will be selected by random drawing on September 14, 2012 from all eligible entries received. Decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters. Winner will be notified by email only using the information provided in the entry and will have (3) business days to respond. If there is no timely response an alternate potential prize winner may be selected. Limit one prize per person/household address. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: (1) One First Prize – winner will receive a “Katie” prize package that includes: two (2) tickets to see a live taping of “Katie” in New York City; roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) from Cincinnati to NYC; hotel accommodations in NYC for a single standard room, double occupancy for two (2) nights; ground transportation between the airport and the hotel in NYC; $500 in pre-paid gift cards to be used for incidentals, meals, or any other expense not included ($500) (Total Prize ARV: $3,000). Winner must choose between the following dates for the trip, October 4-6, 2012 or October 11-13, 2012, they will forfeit the prize. Winner is responsible for all taxes and any other expenses incurred. Airfare, airport, hotel and date of travel and taping are to be determined at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winners permitted. Subject to all terms, conditions and restrictions on face of gift certificates, tickets or imposed by issuer. If by reason of printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held to award the advertised number of prizes in the relevant category. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded. Winner must claim his or her prize at the WCPO Station, 1720 Gilbert Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45202 M-F between 8am and 5pm no later than September 21, 2012.

The winner’s travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or if the travel companion is a minor, the winner must be such companion's parent or legal guardian. Winner and his or her guest must travel together on the same itinerary

and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. Air transportation tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. ARV for travel prizes may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the prize ARV in these Official Rules.

If winner is unable to travel during the dates designated by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. In the event the prize winner is able to participate in the trip during the dates designated by Sponsor but the “Katie” show taping does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize with no further obligation to the winner. Excepting the preceding sentence, no cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if a prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason.

Facebook and Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies are not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance of and/or participation in prizes. Winners assume all liability and agree to hold Sponsor harmless for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, faulty, or incorrect transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, any damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the online portion of the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the promotion whether caused by computer, technical or human error.
