9News has learned that only four vehicles were involved in a multiple collision on eastbound I-275 early Wednesday evening.
Police say the fifth car belonged to a witness.
Police also say only one person had minor injuries and was taken to Mercy Fairfield Hospital for treatment.
Lanes on both eastbound and westbound I-275 were blocked for about an hour following the accident which took place near the Mosteller Road exit.
Update @ 9:56 p.m.
Both eastbound and westbound lanes of I-275 near the Mosteller Road exit, east of I-75, are now open after they were temporarily blocked following a five-car accident with injuries earlier Wednesday evening.

Lanes of traffic in both directions on I-275 are either shut down or delayed due to a five-car accident. Minor injuries are reported.
At 7:05 p.m. the express lane of eastbound I-275 is shut down while the left lane on the westbound side of the highway is blocked.
