We get reams of information from the Bengals and the NFL every week. Most of it will make you dizzy. Much of it will make you very uninteresting to the rest of the human race. But some has some value when you're trying to impress your friends or co-workers. So doing my best Jack Webb impression from "Dragnet", here's "Just the Facts".
--The Bengals have won 7 of their last 8 games dating back to December 14, 2008
--The Bengals can get off to a 5-1 start for the first time since 2005.
--In the last two minutes of the past 3 games, Carson Palmer has completed 16 of 28 passes for 153 yards and two touchdowns.
--Quarterback Matt Schaub completed 24 of 28 passes for 280 yards and 3 touchdowns when the Bengals and Texans met in Houston last season. His passer rating was 144.0. OUCH!
--When Cedric Benson carries the ball 20 or more times, his teams are 9-1-1.
--Since 2002, Chad Ocho Cinco ranked second in the NFL with 8,928 receiving yards. Only Torry Holt has more during that time.
--Cornerback Johnathan Joseph has interceptions in three consecutive games. Deltha O'Neal had picks in four straight games in 2004.
--When the Bengals lost to the Texans in 2008, Andre Johnson had eleven catches, and former Bengal Kevin Walter caught two touchdown passes.
--The last time the Bengals and Texans met in Cincinnati, the Bengals beat Houston 16-10. Carson Palmer threw for 276 yards and Shayne Graham kicked three field goals. That was 2005.

--Okay, the previous facts are just a guess. But I think I'm close.
And that's "Just the Facts" See you at the game tomorrow.
