MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- I went to Middletown High School Thursday night and witnessed hundreds of people showing up to support the football team with a pep rally that included several events.

First off, they introduced the football team that made the Playoffs for the first time since 1991. Then they brought out several letter winners from the 1950s through now.

And to top it all off, the cheerleaders painted several students and officials – including the Middletown Police Chief – purple.

He got the worst of it because he is a Moeller High School graduate and that is who they’ll play Saturday at 7:00 p.m

Watch the video and listen to Head Coach Jason Krause talk about how proud he is with all the fan support.
