The Bengals signed free agent cornerback Jamar Fletcher Sunday morning.
The nine-year veteran played the final 11 games with the Bengals last season. His former contract expired after the 2008 season.
Fletcher made two starts and had 21 tackles, three passes defended, a fumble recovery and two special teams tackles.
The cornerback was drafted in the 2001 season as the 26th overall choice by Miami. He has also played for San Diego, Detroit and Houston.
