Two fallen firefighters and a Cincinnati police officer, injured in the line of duty, will be honored Thursday.
Cincinnati Christian University is hosting a service to recognize people who go beyond the call of duty.
Colerain Township fire Captain Robin Broxterman and firefighter Brian Schira will be honored at the ceremony. They died earlier this year fighting a house fire.
Sergeant Bryce Bezdek will also be recognized. He was seriously injured last November during a police pursuit along I-75.
The service took place at 10:00 a.m. at the school's Price Hill campus.
