Why is it ok to discriminate against whites and not 'minorities'. Discrimination works both ways, or atleast it should. I love how you can only be racist if your white. It's not the whites fault the minorities didn't study as hard as they did. why are they being punished for actually working for something they want. If the minorities did better on the exam, they'd be congradulated and thrown a parade. They're just pissed now cause they're not getting handed a position based on a quota.

Thank GOD. They have been giving jobs to blacks because of their color for the last 50 years. I hope now they will realize they have to learn in school and can't just sit around and collect a check. As joyous as this ruling is for the firefighters, make no mistake about it, cities such as Cincinnati are already busy bending the hiring and promotion standards to weigh more heavily on "subjective" parts of the process.
