A University of Cincinnati student is due in court Thursday afternoon for allegedly threatening at attack worse than the one at Virginia Tech.
Karsten Taylor is charged with inducing panic, after poliec say he got angry about a grade and told his advisor, "if you think Virginia Tech was something, wait until I come up there."
Karsten has a criminal past, including charges of child endangering and domestic violence.
His court appearance is scheduled for 12:30 Thursday.
