A Clermont County man spending life behind bars for the death of his foster child, Marcus Fiesel, may soon be able to have visits with his own children in prison again.
Child protective services has intervened so that David Carroll Jr. can resume visits with his children at the Toledo Correctional Facility.
Last year he surrendered the children to protective services because of his prison term.
But The Enquirer reports he can now see them as long as their guardian approves.
More than a week ago, Amy Baker, a key witness in the Marcus Fiesel case, gave up custody of her three children.
