A memorial service is planned for Marcus Fiesel in Mount Washington this weekend.
The three-year-old was murdered by his foster parents in August 2006 at their home in Clermont County.
The public is welcome to attend the service at the Mount Washington Cincinnati Presbyterian Church this Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
