Custody Status Of Fourth Carroll Child Unclear

David Carroll wants to give up custody of the child that he has with Christi Adams.  But, Adams did not appear in Clermont CountyJuvenile Court Monday for a hearing that would have led to a final decision on the child's future.

Carroll, and his wife, Liz, were convicted of murdering 3-year-old foster child Marcus Fiesel.  Last week, they gave up custody of the three children they have together.

Clermont County Family Services will decide on an adoptive home for those three children and potentially for the fouth child depending on the result of Monday's hearing.
