Liz and David Carroll have given up custody of their three children.
They are the parents convicted in the death of 3-year-old foster child Marcus Fiesel.
Those children, as well as a fourth child belonging to David and another woman, have been in the custody of David Carroll's mother.
A custody hearing on the fourth child is set for Monday.
It is now up to Clermont County Job and Family Services to place the children in a permanent home.
