A Tri-state marine has been killed in action.
The Department of Defense reports that Lance Corporal Jeremy Shock was killed Sunday by a roadside bomb in Al Anbar province.
He grew up in Tiffin, Ohio, but moved to Cincinnati last year with his wife.
The couple planned to spend the next few years here.
Lance Corporal Shock was 22 years old.
