Cincinnati city leaders will celebrate new housing in Northside this Thursday.
The City of Cincinnati and Northside will unveil new homeownership opportunities as the mayor, city manager and several community groups will give tours of newly renovated and newly built homes along Fergus Street.
Officials say the area was once a haven for crime and drugs, but now has been transformed with new housing.
Efforts to sustain progress after the neighborhood enhancement program will also be revealed.
