Northside is showing off another "green certified" home, and it may already have a buyer.
It's a two-story brick house on Mad Anthony Avenue that's been completely remodeled.
Comey and Shepherd realtors Jami Stutzman and Libby Hunter put it on the market for $154,000.
One of the biggest "green" factors is spray foam insulation, but that's not all.
"We also have brand new windows in that are also energy efficient in savings," said Stutzman. "We also have low-flow toilets and faucets in the house so you will save on your water."
"That's maybe the greatest feature about this redevelopment is that this is an existing home that didn't end up in the landfill due to demolition," added Hunter.
It's Northside's third "green certified" home project.
