OTIS ORCHARDS, Wash -- Why did the chicken cross the road?
To get a donut, of course.
At least, the one in a small Washington town did. And now he does it everyday.
About two months ago, a white rooster flew the coop and ended up outside a donut shop in Otis Orchards, Washington.
A worker at the Scrumdiddilyumptious Donuts went out and gave the gave him a donut... and he was hooked.
The rooster decided to make his new home in the backyard across the street from the shop. Now, he crosses the street every morning and waits outside the store until the employee gives him his daily donut.
And what is a rooster's donut flavor of choice? Well, apparently this one only likes the plain round ones.
