Thats bull giving people that much time for these types of offenses, The government allows drugs to come into the country they don't do anything to certain smugglers they just push them right on through.. whatever!!!

Maybe we have a new Law that states any person or persons throwing in words that blurr`s the meaning of the offence has to serve out the convicted criminals prison sentence! ! !That will make them reread the Form, 2 or 3 times!!!!!!!!!...It`s called, "keep me the court or prosecutor employee out of Prison Spell Check"!...

And this is why we are so screwed up in the judicial system, he will likely get out of the charges in the other state and be walking free to commit more crimes. I hope he stays in the other state once he's out.

So, he leaves Ohio and goes to jail where we don't have to pay for it. Good. Great in fact.

Congrats to him for checking up on his paper work. This is why you never sign anything before reading it. Even for a convicted felon, you have to give him some credit. On another topic, how does this guy get 10 years for come drugs but Macafferty only got 3 years for killing her husband. Makes sense.

kodiak-- He's a defence lawyer,he would be doing the same thing for a killer or child molester, even though they know the guy did it,they do anything to get them free.Defence lawyers have no morals.

I think the attorney (for lack of a better word in this case) should have to spend the time that the offender does not have to. What a crock! This attorney should have some professional morals to say "you commited a crime, so what if there is a typo, serve your time. It's a good thing this isn't a serial killer or child molester!
