KENTON CO., Ky. -- Two roommates are facing charges after police executed a search warrant at a Kenton County home.
Authorities went to the home on Crossbow Court in Florence to arrest James Carver for allegedly stealing the identity of a Kenton County resident.
When police went to his home, they also found DVD's containing child pornography, but that wasn't all they found. Police also discovered Carver's roommate, Roy Frederick Scholtes, was also in possession of child pornography.
Police say numerous items were seized from the resident in relation to both crimes.
Scholtes was charged with three counts of possession of a matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
Carver is an employee of the Fifth Third Bank in Independence so police are advising customers to monitor their accounts.
