CINCINNATI -- A man is facing charges after he allegedly tied to leave a local Kroger store with several steaks hidden in his wheelchair, and then trying to attack police with his fingernails.

Police arrested 46-year-old James Walker outside the Corryville store on Sunday night.

According to police, he had many steaks half concealed in the wheelchair.  After police confronted him, Walker allegedly became disorderly and attempted to bite them and puncture their skin with his long fingernails.

Cops say they also found a foot long piece of rebar concealed underneath his seat.

Walker is facing a robbery charge.
