16ozbud - If you re-read the story you will see that he was arrested for the 6/20 incident. It states that he was released because he most likely was cited to court for that incident and this was probably done because he would have been taken to the jail and released anyway since they don't have room at the inn. Talk to your lawmakers about this if you have a complaint. Sometimes criminals are released from the justice center before officers are even back in their patrol cars. Most likely the victims were then shown photo lineups or more investigation was done and he was then arrested on the additional charges. Justice is never swift. The good thing is that the felony charge will keep him in jail for a little while. People need to quit being so negative towards law enforcement with these comments. You people never have all the facts on the investigations yet you love to make ASSumptions about how the case was handled. The reality is that police officers and investigators have to follow guidelines before arrests can be made when an offense has happpened earlier and is later investigated. After this piece of garbage is found guilty then he should be disposed of in the proper manner and hopefully be made into someone's prison girlfriend.
