MILFORD, Ohio -- Police have arrested a man after they say he fired shots into the floor of a mobile home on State Route 28 in Milford Wednesday night.
Officers say a woman and her boyfriend were fighting when she ran from the home.
Police say the man shot at her, but missed.
Her two small children were still inside the mobile home when police say he shot into the floor and barricaded himself inside with the children.
He eventually surrendered. Police say the children and mother are okay.
