Harleydude, I agree. The public should have FULL VIEW of the workers at all times, just like at Subway! We would all probably NEVER eat out again if we only knew half of what goes on behind the scenes. That is NASTY!! I really do wonder how often this happens. I think fast food joints should have the food prep guys in full view of the customers at all times when they are prepping food and the soap and sink should be on the outside of the restrooms for the workers.

actually the restitution was likely for time off work to go to the hospital and the cost of having the tests performed. there are a few nasty things you can pick up from a person's bodily fluids. frankly i'd be happy to look the other way in a case of police brutality for what he did.

Im willing to bet the $671 restitution was from the DNA test. Poor reporting.
