CINCINNATI -- A man who allegedly helped others in a Lower Price Hill robbery didn't want them to get caught because he wouldn't get cigars he was promised for his role.

Arthur Johnson, 23, of Lower Price Hill was charged Wednesday with felony robbery for the incident that dates back go October 13.

Police say Johnson acted as a lookout for two other suspects at 833 State Avenue, and they "told him they would give him Black and Milds for helping", according to court paperwork.
