CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) -- There's a kind of hush all over Cincinnati, which a magazine says is one of America's quietest cities.

Men's Health Magazine ranks Cincinnati the third-quietest out of 100 U.S. cities that were studied.

Cities were judged on whether they have noise ordinances, how much traffic they have and how many residents say they get less than seven hours of sleep per night.

Hartford, Conn., ranked first on the list, followed by Cheyenne, Wyo. Cheyenne Mayor Rick Kaysen says the peace and quiet is something his city is proud of.

Detroit was ranked noisiest of the 100 cities.
