A local man went to the hospital for treatment over the weekend, but ended up under arrest after he allegedly attacked an employee.
Twenty-four-year-old William King of Loveland was reportedly brought to Bethesda North Hospital Sunday afternoon for a possible heroin overdose.
According to police, King assaulted one of the hospital workers trying to treat him and tried to punch security officers in the emergency room.
As a result, hospital security used a Taser on him.
King is now facing charges of assault and disorderly conduct. He appeared in court on Monday where a judge set his bond at $5,000.
