A Defiance, Ohio woman starts her trial with Kings Island at 8 a.m. Thursday morning.
Jennifer Wright says during a ride on the "Son Of Beast" in June 2006 she suffered a hip injury. Wright's attorney says the injury will result in several replacements over her lifetime.
The case involves a three-day jury trial where the jury will first decide if Kings Island caused her injuries and then if the park should be punished.
Wright's case was originally lumped in with a few other cases, but the others have since settled out of court.
Another similar case is set to go to trial on November 2.
