A case involving a former University of Cincinnati basketball standout and NBA player is heading to a Butler County grand jury.
Deputies arrested Corie Blount after they say he picked up a package of marijuana sent to his grandmother's house in Liberty Township.
Deputies say they confiscated 29 pounds of marijuana and almost $30,000 in cash from the house.
On Wednesday Blount waived his preliminary hearing.
