A construction worker is in critical condition and an investigation is underway after he fell 15 feet from scaffolding in Liberty Township Wednesday afternoon.
Police say the accident happened on Kyles Station Road near I-75 around 3:30 p.m.
A medical helicopter flew the man to UC Health University Hospital.
His name has not been released.
