GUILFORD, Ind. -- The sound of “sparking” in the garage caused one Dearborn County homeowner to call 911 Monday night.
When firefighters arrived on the scene in the 19000 block of Collier Ridge Road in York Township just before 6 p.m., the fire had spread from the garage to the rest of the home, causing extensive damage.
9News was told no one was hurt.
