Indian Hill is an affluent city of about 6,000 residents northest of Cincinnati. It was incorporated as a village, but under Ohio law became designated as a city once its population topped 5,000. The municipality then changed its name to add "Village" into the official name, so legally it is "The City of The Village of Indian Hill".
