A Cincinnati firefighter who lost his life trying to save the lives of others was remembered Friday morning.

Twenty-five-year-old Oscar Armstrong died five years ago Friday as he looked for victims inside a burning building in Bond Hill.

Armstrong was remembered at Engine Nine's fire station on Reading Road.

The memorial took place at 8:35 a.m., which is around the same time the fire took place five years ago.
