CINCINNATI, Ohio -- A Hamilton County Judge has ordered a former teacher to take lie detector tests for part of her two-year probation.
Mary Ems left her job at Winton Woods High School then was arrested for having sex with a student.
Ems plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge in September and accepted a plea deal.
As a part of the deal, Ems also has to give up her teaching certificate.
