The new head coach of the University of Kentucky men's basketball team, John Calipari will be in Cincinnati to sign copies of his new book.
Coach Calipari will sign copies of and discuss his book at JosephBeth Booksellers in Rookwood Pavilion on Saturday at 4 p.m.
His book is titled, "Bounce Back: Overcoming Setbacks to Succeed in Business and in Life." As its title suggests, the book will detail Calipari's experiences and observations on turning life's setbacks into successes.
For 20 seasons before coming to UK, Calipari was the head coach at the University of Massachussetts and the University of Memphis. His teams have earned 10 conference titles, 11 NCAA Tournament berths, and two Final Fours. The NCAA recently ruled that both of Calipari's Final Four seasons were revoked for violations.
Calipari has won the Naismith National Coach of the Year award twice, and Sports Illustrated's Coach of the Year once. He is married with three children.
