Police: Man Keyed Vulgar Word Into Car

DELHI TWP, OH -- College of Mount St. Joesph Police arrested a student Friday after they say he confessed to keying a car.

According to court records, Mitchell Miller, 18, from Huber Heights, OH allegedly keyed a car inside a parking garage on Delhi Road on October 23.

Officers say Miller confessed in a written statement that he keyed a vulgar word for the female anatomy into a the driver side door of a Mitsubishi Lancer.

The estimate for the damage is $381.00.

Miller is charged with criminal damaging, and was arraigned Saturday morning. His trial is set for December 1.
