CINCINNATI, Ohio -- A Delhi man faces charges after allegedly trying to steal a county bailiff's car.
The attempted theft happened Friday at the BP gas station in the 5200 block of Delhi Road.
Joseph Turner, 18, allegedly was trying to get away when he punched the bailiff, John Hacker, in the face.
Delhi Police arrested Turner and charged him with robbery and resisting arrest for punching Hacker.
Turner was arraigned Saturday morning and is being held on a $100,000 bond.
